1. What is included in your flower arbour hire service?

Our flower arbour hire services include the complete setup, styling, and pack-down of your chosen artificial floral arbour. We take care of everything so you can focus on enjoying your special day stress-free!

2. Do you offer delivery and setup outside the Gold Coast?

Yes! We proudly service the Gold Coast, Brisbane, Byron Bay, and Tamborine Mountain. Pricing is determined on the location and how long you require the arrangment. Please reach out for a quote.​​

3. Are your flower arbours made from real flowers?

Our arbours are crafted using high-quality, realistic artificial flowers that look just like the real thing – without the wilting, pollen, or waste. They’re stunning in photos and perfect for any season.

4. Can I customise the colours or style of the flower arbour?

We are currently working on building our inventory of styles. If we are able to we can work together to provide customisation options to match your colour palette and wedding theme. Let us know your vision and we’ll work with you to see what we can offer.

5. How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 3–6 months in advance, especially during peak wedding season. However, if your date is sooner, get in touch – we may still have availability!

6. Do you require a booking deposit?

Yes, a non refundable deposit of $200 is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your event date. We’ll provide a invoice with all payment details when you make your booking.

7. Can I hire a flower arbour for events other than weddings?

Definitely! Our floral arbours are perfect for engagements, baby showers, bridal showers, vow renewals, corporate events, and styled photo shoots.

8. What happens if it rains or there is bad weather?

We require having a wet weather backup plan. While our artificial flowers are drizzle-resistant, setup may be impacted by rain. We are unable to set up our flowers in the event of rain as this will damage the flowers.

9. Do you offer other floral installations or event styling?

We currently specialise in flower arbours, but we’re always expanding our offerings. Get in touch to discuss additional styling elements or bespoke floral setups for your event.

10. How do I make a booking or get a quote?

Simply fill out our Booking Enquiry Form. Let us know your event date, location, and preferred arbour style, and we’ll get back to you with availability and pricing.
