Terms & Conditions
Welcome to Moody Blooms. By booking with us, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Booking & Payments

A $200 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking and selected date. This deposit will be outlined in your booking confirmation.

The balance is due no later than 30 days prior to your event. Bookings not paid in full by this date may be subject to cancellation.

Payments can be made via bank transfer or any other method specified on your invoice.
2. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations must be made in writing.

Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.

If the cancellation is made less than 30 days before the event, no refund will be issued.

In the event of government restrictions (e.g., COVID-19), we will offer a date change or credit, subject to availability.
3. Delivery, Setup & Pack Down

Delivery, setup, and pack-down are not included in your hire fee unless otherwise specified.

It is the client’s responsibility to provide accurate delivery location details and ensure site access for setup and pack-down.

Hire items will be delivered at a time agreed upon in advance. Delays caused by venue inaccessibility or lack of coordination may incur extra fees.

If an overnight hire has been booked it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the arbour is moved to a safe place where it can not be damaged overnight. Any damages incurred to the arbour will be taken from deposit paid.
4. Hire Period

Our standard hire period is on the day of your event for 4 hours, unless otherwise agreed in writing. The arbour is set up one hour prior to ceremony and collected two hours after the ceremony.

All items remain the property of Moody Blooms and must not be moved or altered without permission.
5. Weather Conditions

Our flower arbours are drizzle-resistant but not weatherproof. We do not install in unsafe weather conditions such as high winds, lightning, or rain.

It is the client’s responsibility to arrange a suitable wet weather backup plan. If weather prevents safe setup, no refunds will be provided, but we will do our best to offer alternative solutions.
6. Damage, Loss or Theft

The client is responsible for all hired items from the time of delivery until collection.

Any damage, loss, or theft of items will be charged to the client at full replacement cost.

Do not attempt to move or dismantle the flower arbour or decor yourself. A fee may apply for any damage caused by unauthorized handling.
7. Photos & Marketing
-
We reserve the right to take photos of our installations on your event day for use in our marketing, social media, and website, unless otherwise requested in writing.

If you or your photographer share professional images featuring our products, we kindly ask for credit or tagging when published online.
8. Client Responsibility

Please ensure your venue allows for external hire vendors and that we have access to the setup area at the agreed time.

You are responsible for communicating all relevant site information, access times, and restrictions at least 7 days before the event.
9. Liability
-
Moody Blooms is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property arising from the use of our hire items. We have public liability insurance, documentation of this can be provided upon request.

We reserve the right to refuse setup if the environment is deemed unsafe for staff or materials.
10. Changes to Terms
-
Moody Blooms reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any updates will be published on our website.
